Hi, I’m Claire, I created amillâ from a fascination with the relationship we have with ourselves, and what happens when we’re given the space to turn inward, quieten the noise and actually listen to what’s there.
One of my favourite ways to do that is through ‘Future You.’
I’ve now guided more than 200 women through my signature Future You meditation across amillâ retreats and experiences, and I continue to be amazed by the clarity that can come from connecting with the woman within us who has already lived through the chapters we’re yet to experience.

Absolutely! In fact, the majority of our guests arrive solo. We know arriving somewhere new, with a group of women you’ve never met, can feel incredibly daunting. It takes real courage to choose yourself in such a bold way, but just know, you won’t be doing it alone.
The evening is intentionally designed to make easy connections with like minded and hearted women.
