Welcome to the beginning of your journey. This guide is your roadmap to a stress-free, intentional elopement. I’ve gathered every resource, timeline, and logistical detail you need to transition from "engaged" to "adventuring" with complete peace of mind.
1. Website: one page called Partner with amillâ
I’d put this in your main navigation under something like WORK WITH US → Partnerships.
The page should feel aspirational rather than like a sponsorship rate card.
HERO
PARTNER WITH AMILLÂ
Let's create something that means something.
amillâ partners with considered brands, businesses and practitioners to create experiences that bring women back to themselves.
From completely curated retreats and brand activations to meaningful partnerships within our own experiences, we create opportunities for aligned brands to become part of the moments our community remembers.

Then I would present four pathways, not twelve.
01 — YOUR RETREAT, BY AMILLÂ
We create. You host.
End-to-end retreat and experience curation for brands and businesses.
From leadership retreats and team experiences to brand activations and community events, we design the concept, programming, practitioners, styling and guest journey around your objective.
Ideal for: corporate retreats / leadership teams / brand activations / community events / launches
→ Create an experience with us
02 — PARTNER WITH AN AMILLÂ EXPERIENCE
Become part of the experience.
We work with a small number of aligned brands across our retreats, day retreats, supper clubs and community experiences.
Partnerships can range from presenting partnerships and sponsored experiences to owning a particular ritual or moment within an event.
This is where the money is.
And I'd deliberately not put Bronze/Silver/Gold packages or prices on the website. Modern experiential sponsorships increasingly emphasise custom activations tied to the partner's objectives rather than passive logo exposure. Clarity Media Partners
→ Explore brand partnerships
03 — PRODUCT & GIFTING PARTNERS
Put something beautiful into her hands.
We selectively partner with brands whose products genuinely enhance the amillâ experience — from what our guests wear, eat and drink to the rituals they take home with them.
Product partnerships may include gifting, room drops, welcome rituals, table moments or considered integration throughout an experience.
→ Gift to our community
I'd be explicit somewhere that product submission does not guarantee inclusion. That protects the brand.
04 — PRACTITIONERS & EXPERIENCE MAKERS
Bring your work into the room.
For facilitators, practitioners, coaches and creatives whose work aligns with the amillâ philosophy.
Yoga. Breathwork. Sound. Meditation. Creativity. Women's wellbeing. Self-discovery. Movement. Food. Ritual.
→ Work with amillâ
This should probably be an expression-of-interest pathway, rather than "pay to be part of our retreat" at this stage.
That commercial model can develop later.
And then one important section underneath those four:
SOMETHING ELSE IN MIND?
This is where you quietly capture all those other models without cluttering your proposition.
Some of our best partnerships don't fit neatly into a box.
From co-created experiences and destination partnerships to content collaborations, community activations and completely new ideas — we're always interested in exploring what can happen when aligned worlds come together.

That gives you permission to do everything we discussed earlier without advertising twelve different services.
Other retreat and wellness businesses are already using a similar "defined pathways + custom collaboration" approach, which gives brands enough structure to understand the opportunity without limiting the eventual partnership.
Start right hereYour vision survey helps me scout the perfect hidden gems and secret overlooks for your day.
This deep-dive questionnaire is how we move beyond the "Pinterest-standard" and find a location that actually resonates with your story. Please complete this at least 6 months before your date so we can secure the necessary permits and catch the best seasonal light.
The roadmapYour Experience Will Move Through The Following Phases:
-
We start by narrowing down the "vibe" and geographic region. From there I’ll do all the research about finding your perfect elopement locations
-
Once a spot is chosen, I’ll handle the red tape. I’ll guide you through things like permits and applications and marriage license requirements.
-
We build a timeline together that prioritizes experience over poses, incorporating things like sunrise treks, picnic breaks, and "blue hour" portraits.
-
When your day arrives, you can relax and focus on being in the moment. I’ll make getting your dream photos stress-free and intuitive.
Following the day, you’ll receive a sneak peek gallery within 72 hours.
Communication Guidelines & Studio Hours
To ensure I am fully present for every couple’s elopement day, I handle all logistics via my client portal. This keeps our permit documents, location coordinates, and timelines in one secure place.
You can expect a response within 1–2 business days during studio hours.
The "Leave No Trace" Partnership
An elopement is a collaboration between you, me, and the land. By choosing to elope, you agree to follow LNT principles. This means staying on trails, respecting wildlife, and leaving the landscape exactly as we found it. This ensures these beautiful places remain open for couples for years to come.

Don't worry, I always have a "Plan B" tucked away. Adventure is all about embracing the day as it comes, and I'll be right there to make sure it's still perfect.

Absolutely. I'll give you a simple breakdown of how to get your license and what you need to make it official in the eyes of the law.

I would love nothing more! I’ll help you find dog-friendly trails where your best friend can legally be a part of your ceremony.
